For roles involving crucial tasks such as transporting patients or frequently using RBHC vehicles, you are required to submit proof of holding a valid Montana Driver’s License and complete additional documentation. Minimum Standards of Character

Because RBHC serves Indian children and other vulnerable persons, all selected candidates must successfully complete a background investigation and meet federally required Minimum Standards of Character.

An individual will not be eligible for employment if they have been found guilty of, or entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to: any felony offense; or two or more misdemeanor offenses involving crimes of violence, sexual misconduct, crimes against persons, or offenses committed against children under Federal or Tribal law.
